Criteria: Worn by Ship’s Servicemen (SH) with ranks from Petty Officer 3rd Class (E-4) to Petty Officer 1st Class (E-6). Ship’s Servicemen are responsible for the management of barber shops, tailoring shops and ships uniform stores. They also serve as clerks in naval exchanges, warehouses and commissaries.
The badge is sold with all 3 chevrons below the rating for E-6, and can be tailored down to the other two chevrons.
