With a quick roll of the pizza dough docker – or bread and pastry docker – this spikey little guy gives you perfectly even, blister-free pizzas, flatbreads, crackers and pie crusts every time. So much faster, lighter and more uniform than a fork, the roller docker dimples and crimps the top and bottom layers of your dough together to prevent it rising in large bubbles that often burn or just make bakes look like pita bread!  It’s sturdy, durable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning, and we also made sure those spikes on our dough docker are shaped just right to dimple not break your dough. One or two light rolls over your freshly flattened bread or pastry dough with the roller docker is usually enough, but you can take it to four or five rolls for crackers, or if you like an extra thin and crispy but lightly pillowy finish on your pizza base.
